Mr. Yazdi Piroj Dandiwala a managing partner of the firm is associated with the firm since 1972.

He is a member of the Bombay Bar Association and also a member and an office bearer of the Managing Committee of the Bombay Incorporated Law Society. He is on the Board of Directors of various companies including prominent public listed companies and also on various committees of these companies.

He has an extensive Corporate and Commercial law practice both in contentious and non-contentious matters.

He has very rich experience in transactions related to Foreign Direct Investments and Exchange Controls Regulations. Over the years he has advised several multinational companies on financial and technical collaborations in India.

His corporate area practice is broad based, with extensive experience in intricate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investments by venture capitalists, etc. The scope of his work extends to structuring of transactions and rendering advice on the most tax efficient/beneficial structures. He has a reputation for the ability to think out of the box and providing practical solutions to achieve the objective of the client.

In corporate litigation his decades of rich experience enables the client to successfully nevigate through complex litigations.

His practice also covers infrastructure projects, corporate and project finance and real estate. His experience in these fields includes both transactional works as also litigation / arbitrations arising out of such projects and real estate transaction disputes.
