Ms. Bhavna Singh Jaipuria has been associated with the firm since 1999.
She is a member of the Bombay Bar Association.
She has several years experience in the areas of civil and commercial litigation and arbitration.
While regularly handling matters before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court she also attends to matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, National Company Law Tribunal, District Courts and quasi-judicial authorities as well as domestic arbitration proceedings, engaging in complete case management right from pre litigation/dispute resolution strategy to execution of decree/award.
Her range of contentious matters includes sectors like energy, infrastructure, construction, telecommunications and indirect taxation, extending to contractual disputes, civil disputes, general civil practice and corporate advisory.
