About
Mr. Agnel Anthony Carneiro has been associated with the firm since January 2009. He has a long standing association with the established and leading Trusts in Mumbai, Central Government Autonomous Body, Co-operative Banks and Private Ltd Companies.
He is a member of the Bombay Bar Association.
His areas of extensive practice is in Arbitration, Civil and Commercial litigation (before courts/tribunals/quasi-judicial officers), Co-operative laws, Consumer law, Labour Laws, Land Revenue and Agricultural Tenancy Laws, Public & Private Trust laws, Rent Act, Testamentary matters, and other general civil practice which includes advising in Partnership disputes, Real estate matters, Redevelopment projects, reviewing Agreements and Contracts. He also has experience in conducting Trials, handling Civil and Criminal Writ Petitions including challenge to tender/contracts of public bodies. He personally appears in all Courts, Tribunals and Forums including Supreme Court of India and High Courts throughout India.
