Construction
The Firm’s construction practice has extensive experience, both in the onshore and offshore sector with an in-depth industry knowledge for assisting clients, whether owners or contractors, in non-contentious mandates, from the early stage of tenders, negotiation of standard form contracts such as FIDIC, AIAA, JPC contracts to suit the need of clients as well as in guiding clients through contentious issues during execution of the Project and consequent disputes in arbitration and traditional litigation.
The Firm frequently acts for and represents international and national builders, developers and contractors in their disputes before various courts in the country as well as before arbitral tribunals.
